NMHC Workforce Housing Project Estimator User Agreement
The "NMHC Workforce Housing Project Estimator"© is intended to provide members with an analytical tool to estimate workforce housing to assess viability and to do analysis of various combinations of subsidy, rental income and costs to determine if a project can meet the public purpose and private investment needs.
Please read the following terms carefully. Indicate your acceptance of these terms by selecting the "ACCEPT" button at the end of this agreement. If you do not agree to all of these terms, select the "DECLINE" button to return to the Workforce Housing Resource Center.
Note: Your identity and user data is not collected or stored beyond the session use. · All user and project information is deleted following the conclusion of the session. There is no warranty and no technical support available. NMHC, at it's sole discretion may update the Workforce Housing estimator, and associated data without notice.
